We attempt to ship all orders out within 24 hours of order placement however delays are possible. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping dates and arrival times are estimates and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
We provide every item that we sell with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with an item you received send it back to us and receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
Once a return item arrives at our facility it will be inspected, if the item is in original condition and contains all original packaging you will be refunded on your method of payment within 5 business days.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, there are no other fees associated with returning an item unless otherwise noted.

Multiple Product Order Policy
All items placed within the same order will be shipped as one package. In the event that one item is out of stock or back ordered the packages will be shipped out as they are available.
We will attempt to fulfill all orders however orders placed online are not guaranteed. if order fulfillment is not possible for any reason at all you will be contacted and refunded.
Out of Stock Notification
If an order is placed with an out of stock item you will be contacted with an estimated arrival date before proceeding.
